About the service
What our health education consultations are designed to do.
What does AJRAK LTD provide?
AJRAK LTD provides health education consultations intended to help people understand general health topics, health terminology and relevant information from reliable sources. Discussions are shaped around the educational questions you raise and the level of explanation you find helpful.
Is this a medical or clinical consultation?
No. The service is educational and is not a substitute for an appointment with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. It does not include clinical assessment, diagnosis, interpretation of your individual test results, prescribing or treatment planning.
Who might find the service useful?
It may suit people who want a clearer explanation of general health information, unfamiliar terminology or a topic they would like to understand better. Before an appointment is agreed, we will consider whether the question falls within the educational scope of the service.
Can you explain information in plain English?
Yes. The aim is to explain relevant general information in clear language, clarify terminology and distinguish established information from points that may require further checking. You can tell us if you prefer a simpler explanation or would like a term explained in more detail.
Do you provide a guaranteed outcome?
No particular outcome can be guaranteed. The scope of each session depends on the questions raised, the agreed duration and the information available. The service is intended to support understanding, not to guarantee a personal health outcome or a particular conclusion.
Enquiries and appointments
How to ask a question and confirm the arrangements.
How do I enquire about a consultation?
Visit the Contact page and provide your contact details, the general topic you would like to understand and any practical preferences requested on the form. Please avoid submitting unnecessary personal or detailed health information.
Does submitting an enquiry confirm my appointment?
No. An enquiry is a request for information, not confirmation of an appointment. The proposed scope, fee, duration, date, time, location and other relevant arrangements must be confirmed before the booking is treated as agreed.
Where do consultations take place?
Consultations are intended to take place face to face. The specific location and appointment arrangements must be confirmed with you in advance. The company’s registered address is not, by itself, confirmation of the consultation venue.
How long will it take to receive a response?
Response times depend on enquiry volume and availability. Your enquiry does not reserve a particular time slot. If a specific response time is important to you, please ask when submitting your enquiry and wait for confirmation.
Can I ask whether my topic is suitable before booking?
Yes. You can describe your question in general terms and ask whether it appears suitable for a health education discussion. If it requires clinical assessment, individual medical advice or another service outside our scope, we will explain that the enquiry cannot be addressed as part of the educational consultation.
Preparing for a session
Make the most of the time available for your questions.
How should I prepare?
It can help to write down the main topic you want to understand, any unfamiliar terms and two or three questions you would most like to discuss. You do not need to prepare a detailed medical history for a general educational enquiry.
Should I bring medical records or test results?
The service does not provide individual test-result interpretation or clinical record assessment. Please do not send detailed records or sensitive documents unless a specific educational purpose has been discussed and an appropriate arrangement has been confirmed. For interpretation of your own results, contact the healthcare professional responsible for your care.
What happens during the consultation?
The discussion focuses on the agreed educational topic. Depending on the question and available time, it may include explanations of terminology, discussion of general health information, clarification of information sources and identification of points that may need further checking.
Will I receive a written report afterwards?
A written summary or report is not automatically included unless it has been expressly described and agreed as part of the service before the appointment. If you need written material, please raise this during the enquiry so its scope, format, fee and delivery arrangements can be confirmed.
What if I have more questions than the session allows?
We will aim to prioritise the questions covered by the agreed scope and available time. Any further discussion or additional work must be discussed separately, including its scope, availability and any additional fee, before it is agreed.
Fees and arrangements
Clear information before you agree to a service.
How much does a consultation cost?
The fee depends on the specific consultation option, agreed duration and scope. The applicable total price and any relevant additional charges should be explained before you commit to the service. Please rely on the current service information and written confirmation rather than assuming that an example price applies to every enquiry.
When will I be told the total price?
The applicable price, what is included and any relevant additional costs should be made clear before you enter into the service agreement. No additional work or fee should be added without explaining the proposed change and obtaining your agreement, except where a different lawful arrangement applies.
How do I know what is included in my chosen service?
The service description and booking confirmation should identify the agreed topic or scope, session duration, fee, location, appointment arrangements and any written material specifically included. If any point is unclear, please ask before confirming the booking.
Changes and cancellations
What to do if your plans change.
Can I change my appointment?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a different date or time. A change depends on availability and must be confirmed. Any applicable rescheduling terms will be explained in the service agreement and remain subject to your statutory rights.
Can I cancel and request a refund?
Cancellation and refund arrangements depend on the booking terms, the circumstances and any statutory rights that apply. If you wish to cancel, contact us in writing and identify the appointment or service concerned. We will explain the applicable process and any refund due under the relevant terms and law.
Is there a statutory cancellation period?
Some service contracts concluded online or away from business premises are subject to a 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Whether the rules apply and how the period operates depend on the circumstances. Specific rules may apply if you request that a service begins during the cancellation period or if the service is fully performed.
Please read the Service Cancellation Policy and the terms provided with your booking.
What if AJRAK LTD needs to cancel?
If we need to cancel an agreed appointment, we will contact you about the available next steps. Depending on the circumstances and your agreement, this may include arranging another time or returning any amount due for a service that will not be provided. Applicable statutory rights will be respected.
Privacy and personal information
How information shared through the website is handled.
What information should I include in an enquiry?
Please provide the contact details requested by the form and a brief description of the general topic you want to understand. Avoid unnecessary sensitive details, full medical records or identifying information about other people.
How is my information used?
Information may be used to respond to your enquiry, assess whether your topic fits the service, arrange an agreed appointment, manage service records and meet applicable legal obligations. Further details about lawful grounds, retention periods, rights and relevant service providers are set out in our Privacy Policy.
Do I have to share health-related information?
Only provide information that is reasonably needed for the enquiry. For general questions, a broad description of the topic may be sufficient. If you choose not to provide optional information, we can explain whether we can still consider your enquiry without it.
How can I request access to or correction of my information?
Contact us at enquiries@greenfieldenquiries.services and explain what you would like to request. We will handle the request under the applicable data protection rules. Requests are normally answered within one calendar month, subject to any lawful extension or other applicable provision.
Scope and health questions
Understanding what the educational service can and cannot address.
Can you diagnose a condition or recommend treatment?
No. AJRAK LTD’s health education consultations do not provide diagnosis, clinical assessment, prescribing or treatment planning. For personal medical advice, contact an appropriately qualified healthcare professional who can consider your individual circumstances.
Can you interpret my personal test results?
Individual test-result interpretation is outside the service scope. We may discuss general meanings of health terminology or explain general information about a topic, but you should ask the healthcare professional responsible for your care to explain what your own results mean.
What if my question requires individual medical advice?
We will explain that the question falls outside the educational scope of the service. Depending on the nature of your concern, you may need to contact your GP, pharmacist or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
What should I do if I need urgent medical help?
This website and its consultations are not an emergency service and are not monitored for urgent medical concerns. If you believe you may be experiencing a life-threatening emergency in the UK, call 999. For urgent health advice that is not a life-threatening emergency, use the appropriate NHS service or contact a qualified healthcare professional.
What if I am unhappy with the service?
Please contact us with a description of your concern, the relevant appointment or communication, and the outcome you are seeking. We will review the matter and respond under our complaints procedure. You can read our Complaints Policy for further information.
Please remember: health education can help clarify general information, but it cannot replace individual medical advice, clinical assessment or care from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Still have a question?
If you would like to clarify the scope of a service or understand the arrangements before making a booking, send us an enquiry. Please share only the information needed to explain your question.
